About Soul Reconnection

Soul Reconnection supports individuals, couples, and workplaces in building emotional resilience, deeper human connection, and grounded wellbeing in an age of rapid technological change.

Based in Singapore and available online worldwide, we provide counselling, therapy, workplace wellbeing support, and experiential inner work for people who want to reconnect with themselves, strengthen relationships, and live with greater clarity, presence, and meaning.

The name Soul Reconnection reflects the journey of turning inward. “Soul” speaks to our lived and felt experience — the essence of who we are beyond roles, labels, achievements, or expectations. “Reconnection” honours the human longing to return to ourselves, relate more deeply with others, and feel connected to the wider world.

Our counselling, therapy, and workplace wellbeing services are grounded in psychological research, neuroscience-informed understanding, and evidence-based counselling practices. Separately, our experiential inner work may draw inspiration from contemplative inquiry, meditation, and wisdom traditions, offering reflective spaces for self-growth and meaning-making.
